Return & Exchange Policy
First: Return Policy Customers may return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 14 business days.
Second: Exchange Policy Product exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
Third: Sets & Bundles Products purchased as part of a set or bundle are not eligible for exchange if any item within the set has been opened or used.
Fourth: Damaged Products If a damaged product is received, it may be exchanged for the same item free of charge by contacting customer service through the website, within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date. Products will not be considered damaged if the issue results from misuse, improper storage (such as exposure to high temperatures), or any reasons beyond the seller’s responsibility.
Fifth: International Orders (Outside Saudi Arabia) All international orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except in cases of shipping errors or product damage.
Sixth: Promotional Offers Orders that include promotional bundles or multi-product offers are not eligible for partial returns or exchanges. The full offer must be returned in its original condition.
Seventh: Purchases from Third-Party Platforms Products purchased from physical retail outlets, third-party applications, or external platforms are subject to the return and exchange policies of those entities. Doutine’s policies apply only to purchases made directly through Doutine’s official channels.
Eighth: Shipping & Delivery Information Customers are kindly requested to ensure the accuracy of their shipping details, including the Saudi National Address (Short Address) consisting of four letters and four numbers, at checkout. Shipping details cannot be modified after order confirmation due to direct system integration with shipping partners. Any post order changes may result in delivery delays, for which Doutine shall not be held responsible.
